Step 1
Complete your application
Fill in and submit the online application form.
Step 2
Upload your documents
You’ll receive an email with instructions to upload the required supporting documents.
Step 3
Pay the application fee
A second email will be sent with payment instructions for the R2950 application fee.
Step 4
Application
review
Once we’ve received your documents and payment, we’ll review your application.
If approved and your preferred room is available, we’ll send you a lease agreement.
If your preferred room isn’t available, we’ll either offer you a similar room or contact you to discuss alternative options.
Step 5
Secure
your room
Once you receive your lease agreement, you’ll have 10 days to:
Pay your first month’s rent and deposit.
Sign the lease agreement.
